Shipping method cannot be changed once the package is dispatched.
Orders are usually dispatched in 24-72 hours. There might however be delays due to Sundays, public holidays or other circumstances.
In case of an exchange/return, reverse pickup and delivery of the new product will be made through standard shipping, irrespective of the method of shipping in the original order.
We reserve the right to modify the shipping policy at any time without prior intimation.
Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days for delivery.
Delivery
Maximum 3 delivery attempts will be made, after which order will be cancelled.
Express shipping charges shall not be refunded in case of failed or unsuccessful delivery.
There will be no delivery on weekends and holidays for both standard and express shipping.
There will be no liability on us in case of delayed delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, bandh/strike, logistics network delays, etc.
Undelivered / misplaced packages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving SMS / Email of successful delivery. There shall be no liability for packages reported after 48 hours.
Fees
Notwithstanding charges mentioned on this page, shipping rates are as indicated at checkout.
A flat shipping fee is applicable at the time of checkout. Shipping charges are subject to change without prior intimation.
Free shipping is available as indicated in the store, and is subject to change from time to time.
We reserve the right to charge shipping in case of partial returns falling below free shipping value.
Express shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Reverse Pickup
Reverse pickup is subject to serviceability, and shall be from the shipping address in your order only.
Our logistics partner will attempt pickup in 24-48 working hours.
There will be a maximum of 3 attempts for reverse pickup. Rescheduling, unavailability or not answering the phone during pickup counts as an attempt.
If pickup is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, you will need to ship the return products to us at your expense.
